Abstract In today's social life, human beings have undergone changes, and the effects of those crimes have taken on different forms. Computer crimes are a clear example of these developments in the coexistence of human beings. Given the huge changes that have taken place in technology and the various revolutions that have taken place in the field of information and communication technology over the last few years, and given the positive function of this technology, it is sometimes seen that some profiteers and opportunists with Learning to have the necessary skills seeks to exploit users, as well as create and generate a series of problems and cause a lot of damage.
